There has been a series of recent articles I think you should read/peruse through on my website  www.tarekmorshed.com, under News & Articles/Recent Articles.  I know you receive my market updates each quarter but no way to fit all the articles I read into my quarterly market update.  Please check these out…they range from Austin being ranked #1 in job growth, real estate stability and more.

Some of these articles are in my opinion dead-on and one or two are a little off.  Regardless, they do make an impact on our real estate market and are certainly part of the reason why our market has fared better than most places.  These are also partly why I take my position in my quarterly market update that we’re close to the bottom in our market and depending on certain price-points/sectors have already hit bottom and are competitive.
