I've been involved in real estate since 1993. While attaining an Accounting degree from the University of Texas, I bought my first investment property after studying real estate for some time. I enjoyed every part of the process and proceeded to invest in 1 to 2 properties a year ranging from single-family homes to small-medium sized apartment complexes till I graduated in 1997.  During that time, I gained the benefit of learning much about Austin and where different sectors of the city were heading from a value and quality of life standpoint. Also, in acquiring experience in every facet of the process I realized how taxing buying or selling real estate could be.

Therefore, working with an agent who is professional, honest, willing to educate and assist their client continuously after closing is of utmost importance. Since 1997 as a licensed real estate professional, I have served and continue to serve all my clients with these values as my driving force. On the investment side of things I am mostly involved in smaller development and construction projects.  Since late 2003, my business partner and I have developed 5-10 projects a year mostly in central Austin, specifically focusing on modern design in residences and retail.
